USA

- Free USA shipping on all orders over $ 170.00

- Standard delivery fee of $20.00 on orders less than $ 170.00

- Expected delivery within 10-17 working days by Royal mail standard international tracked

 

Please note, orders that are shipping outside of the UK will not be charged UK sales tax but maybe subject to customs charges and tax that will need to be paid directly. This affects orders placed both in GBP and in Euro. We advise you to please check requirements with the local authority before placing your order. And Perfumes are available to sale only in the UK.

 

RETURN

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your on line purchase. However, if you change your mind, or are dissatisfied with the product, your right to cancel your order is protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This means that if you change your mind about your purchase and advise us by email to info@seaweedorganics.co.uk within 14 working days of receipt of the products, that you wish to return your order, we will reimburse your purchase in full within 30 days.

In these circumstances we expect you to take good care of the products and return them in their original condition, and as well packed as you received them, as soon as reasonably practicable. Please obtain and retain.

NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS

Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods if the seal has been broken after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons.

You may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 14 days of receiving your order. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.

Products should be returned securely packed by Royal Mail Tracked Service or signed for.

We will credit the price of the returned products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be faulty, we will happily provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible.

Please email our customer support team within 3 working days of receiving your order at info@seaweedorganics.co.uk

We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Upon contact we will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

We are able to offer refunds if the products are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
